Sunlight || Rose and Alexis

Rose stood on the outskirts of the shadows, looking carefully at the area just in front of her where the sun reached. She was sure, regardless of whatever had happened to her, she was a Dhampir once more - a pure Dhampir - although given the craziness of the day, the sunlight had her a bit worried. Taking a deep breath she stepped into the light, her eyes tightly closed as she did. When nothing happened she inhaled a breath of relief, opening her eyes and slowly making her way to the middle of the courtyard. “See Lexi?” She called out, figuring Alexis was more than likely standing off to the side somewhere, waiting to see at a safe distance what happened. Hell, Rose knew that’s what she’d do. “It’s all me.”
